All made to measure and Bespoke Items require a 50% non-refundable deposit on the date of order and can take 5-6 weeks to be made.
Refund Policy
We require a receipt for cash returns.
We only refund in the same form of currency used for the purchase. For example, if the item was purchased with a credit card, issue a credit to that same card.
If the purchase was made by personal check, we will only issue a refund by mail after 14 days from receipt of the returned merchandise.
All Items must be returned within 14 days in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging for a full refund.
Goods that have been altered to fit the customer cannot be returned unless faulty.
Made to measure items cannot be returned unless faulty.
